Site Survey, Configuration and Setup
All service packages include two hours of follow-up consultation.
Description:Digi representative goes to customer site to assess placement of Digi RF products.
- Conduct survey of site’s RF environment (physical surroundings, signal strength and presence of RF interference).
- Assist in basic setup and configuration of Digi products and RF-related devices.
- Create Statement of Work and obtain approval prior to trip.
- Summary and recommendations document with site survey map.
- Other items as defined in the Statement of Work.
