LIMITED WARRANTY
Digi warrants that from the date of shipment by
Digi to Customer, and continuing for a period of one (1)
year, the Hardware will be free from defects in material and
workmanship, under normal use. This limited warranty
extends only to the original user of the Hardware.
Customer's sole and exclusive remedy and the entire liability
of Digi and its suppliers under this limited warranty
will be, at Digi's or its service center's option,
shipment of a replacement, or on-site repair under the
applicable service contract offering chosen by Customer, or a
refund of the purchase price. Digi replacement
parts, used in Hardware repair, may be new or equivalent to
new. Digi's obligations hereunder are conditioned
upon the returned of affected Products, if applicable, in
accordance with Digis then-current Return Material
Authorization (RMA) procedures.
RESTRICTIONS
This warranty does not
apply if a Product (a) has been altered, except by Digi,
(b) has not been installed, operated, repaired, or maintained
in accordance with instructions supplied by Digi, or (c)
has been subjected to abnormal physical or electrical stress,
misuse, negligence, or accident.
DISCLAIMERS
Digi intends for the Materials contained on this site
to be accurate and reliable. These Materials may, however,
contain technical inaccuracies, typographical errors or other
mistakes. Digi may make corrections or other changes to
these Materials at any time. Digi and its suppliers
reserve the right to make corrections, modifications,
enhancements, improvements and other changes to its products,
programs and services at any time or to discontinue any
products, programs, or services without notice.
The materials on this site are provided as is. Digi and its respective suppliers make no representations about the suitability of these materials for any purpose and disclaim all warranties and conditions with regards to these materials.
